In my Human Resources and Administrative Management Assistant role, I monitor attendance, vacations, and terminations in accordance with labor regulations, while coordinating schedules and logistical support with warehouses and logistics teams.

Alongside this, I run an artisanal bakery business where I manage purchasing, production, sales, customer service, inventory administration, and weekly production planning—strengthening my ability to self-manage, adapt to remote work, and deliver reliable results.
