What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role where I can drive equity-focused curriculum and assessment, mentor educators, secure funding, and build student-centered programs within collaborative, growth-oriented districts.

I am an experienced K–12 educational leader with a strong track record in curriculum design, assessment, federal program oversight, and staff development. I have led district- and school-level initiatives including charter renewal, grant writing, and implementation of project-based graduation pathways.

I prioritize equity, whole-child learning, and collaborative professional development, having supervised interdisciplinary teams, managed compliance for state and federal assessments, and built student-centered systems that improved graduation planning and family engagement.
