I currently provide home health physical therapy services for WellSpan VNA in York County and contribute to the Patient Experience Committee.

At EmpowerMe Wellness, I directed outpatient PT, OT, ST, and wellness programming while launching a proactive care coordination program for resident medical and therapy services. I also led intake, insurance verification, scheduling, resident and family relations, hiring, onboarding, and marketing events.

Previously, I spent more than eight years with OSS Health at Home providing home health PT services and case management for orthopedic, cardiopulmonary, and neurological impairments. I participated in professional advisory and falls program committees.

My rehabilitation background includes skilled nursing, subacute rehab, outpatient clinic development, wound care, chronic disease management, and clinical leadership. I’m committed to improving patient experiences and outcomes through care coordination, collaboration, and effective team management.
