What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead patient-centered home health care—combining thorough functional assessments with compliance-focused coordination—and keep improving quality through collaboration, mentorship, and evidence-based practice.

I am a licensed Physical Therapist in Ohio with extensive experience coordinating care for diverse patients in home health settings. I conduct detailed functional assessments, including OASIS evaluations, and design individualized care plans in partnership with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

From 2022–2025, I also work as a Clinical Care Coordinator, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and Medicare & M&R accreditation requirements. I monitor and improve clinical model quality metrics, review clinical documentation for authorization, and use InterQual criteria and CMS Chapter 7 guidance to determine medical necessity for home health services.

Earlier, I served as Director of Rehabilitation (2009–2016), planning and supervising operations, recruiting and reorganizing staff to improve clinical productivity, and increasing clinic revenues through higher value procedures. I bring a patient-first approach—health promotion, compassion/empathy, clear communication, and continuous improvement—grounded in my Master of Physical Therapy from Andrews University.
