Installed hardware, Windows 10 images, software, and peripherals for IBM clients including TD Bank, RBC, Scotiabank, and Indigo/Chapters. Configured personal settings, password resets, printers/scanners, email, and Wi-Fi across various devices.

Acted as Command Centre technical SME for IBM technicians and branch management nationwide during the Retail Server Refresh project. Co-authored project technical documentation and planned work schedules for the Site Survey team.

Acted as SME for an SCCM platform migration assessment, gathering requirements from business units and packaging teams. Identified over 500 packages for retirement from an SCCM database of 2,400+ packages, reducing storage requirements.

Acted as application packaging SME, guiding business analysts and PMs through migration of line-of-business applications from Windows XP to Windows 7. Identified gaps in the application repackaging request process and standardized the process.
