I've supported KAHLE Journey and KAHLE Psychotherapy & Assessments with research papers, academic course coordination, community outreach, and trauma-informed workshops for teachers, parents, and adults affected by Hurricane Melissa.

As an Applied Psychology graduate, I've contributed to research on behavioural and emotional issues among children in Kingston, Jamaica whose parents migrated for work. I also collected research data, digitized psychological screening tools, and managed e-library documentation during my practicum.

I've provided focused examination and learning support for students with ADHD, helping them stay on track and make productive choices during CSEC and CAPE examinations.

My experience also spans HR administration, clinic operations, patient records, scheduling, inventory, customer care, and program support. I bring a person-centred, trauma-informed approach grounded in communication, observation, problem-solving, confidentiality, and positive behavioural outcomes.
