Since 2020, I’ve managed 12 Airbnb properties remotely, handling guest inquiries, reservations, complaints, and issues in English and Spanish. I support guests before, during, and after their stays through chat, phone, and email.
I manage listings, calendars, payments, and owner payouts, and adjust pricing based on season, demand, and competition. I also coordinate cleaning, laundry, and maintenance, and manage reviews and listing reputation.
At Park Inn by Radisson, Sonesta Guayaquil, Río Amazonas, and Let's GO, I managed room sales for corporate accounts and travel agencies. I prepared proposals and contracts, followed up with clients, negotiated rates, and supervised the sales team and online sales channels.
Earlier, I supported international visitor groups and Spanish–English translation at Compassion International, ran Bubblelicious Café, and served guests at Holiday Inn in Calgary. I’m available for full-time remote work during US Eastern or Central business hours.
