At EDAG Engineering GmbH, I was responsible for quality assurance of Chinese Volkswagen chassis parts, vehicle exteriors, and interiors across BC, MQB, and MEB platforms. I represented quality in project teams during design and launch, and helped ensure customer-specific requirements were met.
I actively participated in design and process risk analyses, carried out risk mitigation plans, and implemented lessons learned. I also supported project teams in analyzing and resolving issues and defects, while contributing to cost reduction and quality improvement plans for product launches.
In EDAG Engineering GmbH’s After-Sales Sector, I conducted disassembly and reassembly investigations using virtual CAD models and pre-production vehicles. I developed repair concepts with component managers and cross-functional teams, defined spare parts and workshop equipment, and represented after-sales requirements in development teams.
As Component Manager of Tailgate Spindle Drive at EDAG Engineering GmbH, I worked on product and process qualification, tracked quality goals through release, and coordinated component requirements with development and suppliers. Earlier, as a Winter Intern at Robert Bosch GmbH, I characterized low pressure sensors and documented experimental data from quality assurance tests.
