What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead project and quality improvements in e-mobility or industrial environments, using cross-functional coordination, QMS, KPI/SLA management, and data-driven continuous improvement.

At Digital Charging Solutions GmbH, I coordinated cross-functional teams, external partners, and international stakeholders to improve e-mobility operations and service quality.

I designed and implemented a Quality Management System for core business processes and launched KPI and SLA monitoring. My continuous-improvement work reduced SLA penalties and escalations by 83% and lowered financial losses by 0.82% through stronger data accuracy and internal data flows.

Previously at Proinsur, I led new-part development projects from concept to delivery, coordinated scope, deadlines, and quality requirements, and conducted RFQs to guide project scope, timelines, and profitability.
