GermanyWhat I'm looking for
I'm developing full, reduced, and optimised geometries for crashworthiness analysis at RWTH Aachen University's Institute for General Mechanics, using HyperWorks, LS-DYNA, SolidWorks, Python, and deep learning methods.
For my master's thesis, I built an automated ABAQUS CAE workflow that generated, simulated, and post-processed 225 NCAP crash models. I also developed and validated a feed-forward neural-network surrogate for fast design evaluation and used optimisation methods to identify Pareto-optimal bumper designs.
At Mercedes-Benz AG, I analysed digital CAD-based and physical assembly-line prototypes of MB-EA models, helping identify and resolve design and integration issues. Previously, at SimpleEnergy, I designed PCB hardware packaging and housings for vehicle control and charging units.
I've also led project planning and cross-functional coordination with Tachyon Hyperloop, creating project frameworks, documentation, and timelines to deliver work within scope and deadlines.
