Executive Product role (CPO, VP or Head of Product) owning the strategy and the Product organization. I build and rebuild Product functions in B2B and marketplace platforms, especially through scaling, SaaS or AI transitions. Montréal-based; French and Canadian citizen. At Luxury Retreats, I built the first modern Product organization as the marketplace scaled and prepared for acquisition by Airbnb. I made villa availability a Product and Technology priority; coordinated work improved accuracy from roughly 25–30% to 85%+.

At D2C Media, I succeeded the founder as operational Product leader and established a scalable Product operating model as the business moved toward acquisition by Cars Commerce. I also helped move AI into production, and at Blurb I defined the MVP and engineering-ready backlog for a revenue-sharing model as 50,000+ tracks passed through the pipeline and were syndicated to YouTube.
