What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a leadership-first role covering team management, mentoring, architecture and delivery ownership, supported by full-stack depth to make sound technical decisions.

At Soap Media, I lead and mentor remote engineering teams of 5–10 developers across concurrent client platforms, owning technical direction, quality and delivery.

I transformed release engineering from 20-minute manual deployments to an automated zero-downtime pipeline with safe releases, instant rollbacks and A/B testing. I also led Cyber Essentials certification and agency-wide AI-assisted engineering adoption using Copilot, Claude Code and automated testing.

Across Ellos Group, Likipe Digital and my own web business, I’ve built eCommerce and web platforms, guided Agile delivery, and translated technical trade-offs into commercial outcomes.
