I’m an Operations & Finance professional focused on making processes reliable, audit-ready, and vendor-efficient. Over the last eight years at PNC Bank, I directed due-diligence collection across attorneys, developers, lenders, and consultants, overseeing third-party vendors delivering environmental, insurance, and zoning reports while keeping files complete and audit-ready.
Before that, at PACCAR I supported demand planning and materials planning, and at The Boeing Company I held delegated procurement authority up to $500K, building supplier KPIs and improvement plans. Earlier at M&T Bank, I managed an appraisal department producing 150+ files a month, cut turn time from nine days to six and a half, and authored operations manuals for appraisal management and secondary marketing, maintaining mortgage product and investor guidelines.
