Before moving into full-time learning design, I spent more than 25 years in engineering, manufacturing, product development, and technical communication at Cook Medical and Stryker. I turn complex GMP, scientific, and operational knowledge into practical learning, documentation, and performance support that strengthens compliance and workforce capability.
