I build interactive dashboards and clean raw datasets to uncover customer, workforce, and business trends using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.

In my Bike Sales Analysis project, I transformed customer data, created age brackets and Pivot Tables, and built an interactive dashboard examining purchasing patterns across income, age, gender, commute distance, region, and occupation.

I also created a Power BI dashboard for data professional survey results, using filtering and drill-through reporting to explore job titles, salaries, programming preferences, and satisfaction metrics. In SQL, I cleaned and analyzed layoffs data through duplicate removal, text standardization, date conversion, missing-value handling, window functions, and exploratory analysis.

Alongside my analytics work, I managed 40 agents at ACM and previously generated 60–80 qualified appointments per month as an appointment setter. I bring experience in performance reporting, coaching, sales communication, and turning operational activity into measurable results.
