I’m looking for a role where I can use my strong customer support and troubleshooting background, stay safety- and detail-focused, and keep developing into cybersecurity work through real problem-solving and security testing.

I’m a hard-working and dedicated Customer Service Representative with 7 years of experience assisting and troubleshooting problems for paying customers with care and precision. I’m confident answering calls, operating POS systems, and resolving issues quickly while keeping customers supported and satisfied.

I bring hands-on service experience from hospitality and dependable safety-focused work from the U.S. Navy, including maintenance and standing watch.
