What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead operations and teams, own tournament/event delivery, manage budgets, and improve systems end-to-end—preferably in fast-moving esports or tech environments that value accountability and collaboration.

I’m an experienced manager and event coordinator with over 10 years in project execution, especially within the esports sector. At Team Singularity, I enhanced operational efficiency through effective contract negotiations and logistics management, while leading day-to-day teams and operations.

I’ve planned and executed tournaments end-to-end—from tournament schedules, rules, and formats to live support, troubleshooting, and post-event reporting. I’ve also handled database management and tournament platforms, and I’ve supported events by preparing and maintaining networks, servers, and gaming environments while optimizing processes under pressure.

In my current role as Senior Manager, I manage contract negotiations and budgets up to €250,000, support players and coaches to improve performance and team cohesion, and coordinate with sponsors, partners, event organizers, and press to strengthen the team’s visibility.
