What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level analyst role turning data into decisions.

My e-commerce delivery performance analysis used SQL to join eight relational tables covering more than 96,000 orders, then matched the results in Excel and built a filterable Power BI dashboard. I found that late orders averaged 2.02 fewer review stars and that three peak months accounted for 48% of late deliveries.

At The Soul Spot, I moved payroll, payments, and bookkeeping from spreadsheets to Intuit QuickBooks, cutting more than 10 hours of manual payroll work per pay cycle. I also built and maintained the company website, growing site traffic 15% in one year.
