I'm interested in opportunities where I can lead people, manage production or creative work, improve operations, build programs, and help an organization grow.

I'm leading operations at RedWall, LLC (Chick-fil-A), focused on growing people, growing the business, and serving guests better every day.

I lead teams across two locations in an organization doing more than $20 million in business. I work closely with managers and frontline teams to develop leaders, improve customer experience, solve day-to-day problems, and build better systems.

Previously, I produced marketing projects across 14 states at SUB7, supporting seven shows and roughly 147 episodes. I managed talent, crews, travel, locations, vendors, budgets, and client relationships, helping save an estimated $213,000 across three major projects.

My background also includes media, ministry, community outreach, public speaking, hospitality, and production. I enjoy helping people grow, making complicated work manageable, and building programs that move meaningful teams forward.
