At Lagos State University of Science and Technology (LASUSTECH), I supported HR data management by validating records for 300+ employees and identifying and correcting approximately 100 payroll discrepancies.
I also reviewed candidate records for recruitment activities and supported onboarding and HR administration. As a Personal Assistant at LASUSTECH, I processed correspondence and prepared meeting materials and digital filing systems.
In my analytics projects, I analyzed 14,710 employee engagement responses and built a Power BI dashboard covering 311 employee records. I use Excel, SQL, Power BI, and related tools to examine workforce data and present clear findings.
