At Kami, I designed and scaled a global educator community from ~600 to nearly 6,100 members across 60+ countries. I connected engagement to the sales pipeline and built automated onboarding, communication, and progression systems in Intercom and HubSpot.
I also co-produced and hosted 80+ educator-led webinars, and designed and ran 40+ Train-the-Trainer workshops, growing the certified Trainer base from 0 to 336. I’m leading the integration of two educator programs into a single cross-platform tier structure.
At Future Design School, I developed curricula and instructional materials for a global audience, researched development opportunities, and liaised with LMS vendors to support client projects and internal trainings. At the American School of Madrid, I coached teachers and administrators and developed materials for technology integration and teaching practices.
Earlier, I co-taught technology integration at Hampton City Schools and developed professional learning programs grounded in adult learning theory. I’ve also delivered education keynotes and workshops, co-hosted and produced two educator podcasts, and managed the main stage program for the Adobe for Education Summit 2021.
