At Kaleyra, I turned around two high-risk AI/ML API projects, increasing customer engagement by 60% and cutting operational latency by 25%. I also improved procurement workflows using ServiceNow, helping requisition cycles run 30% faster.
Earlier, at Accenture S.p.A, I managed cloud migrations and ServiceNow replatforming for financial clients, and trained Agile delivery teams. At NordCom S.p.A – FNM Group, I launched and scaled mobile payments and government gateway products, including PagoPA and CPAY.
