I'm seeking a Technology Director, VP Infrastructure, or CTO role where I can lead mission-critical infrastructure, operational resilience, regulated platforms, and enterprise transformation in Saudi Arabia.

I've led mission-critical technology operations across Saudi Arabia and Europe, including Saudi Payments' mada rails and BNP Paribas' corporate banking platforms.

At Saudi Payments, I directed the zero-unplanned-downtime migration of critical transactional infrastructure into the Tier IV Gold-certified KAFD Data Center. I supported operational resilience for an ecosystem processing 8.9B+ annual transactions valued at more than SAR 613.9 billion.

At BNP Paribas, I centralized pan-European technology operations across 26 countries, scaled the organization from 15 to 130+ software and systems engineers, and managed an annual budget exceeding €5M. We reduced major production incidents by more than 35% while maintaining 99.9% application availability.

More recently at Rommaana, I architected and delivered a secure, high-availability InsurTech platform, embedding AI-augmented development practices and aligning platform architecture with SAMA, CST, and Saudi PDPL requirements.
