What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply my engineering and people expertise in strategic leadership roles to drive organizational and business outcomes.

At Lam Research, I implemented India’s first Etch 2300 modular platform vacuum subsystem, establishing local engineering and testing capabilities and increasing testing conducted in India by 30%.

I led cross-functional engineering programs and design reviews, and improved yield for a critical wafer-processing process by 42% through root cause analysis and targeted engineering solutions. I also mentored engineers and co-developed a Problem Report Dashboard to improve issue visibility and execution tracking.

At Allegion, I launched the Schlage Encode Smart Lock’s inside escutcheon assembly, taking it from design and testing through validation and production readiness. I also generated approximately USD 400K in annual cost savings through value engineering, design optimization, material efficiency, and supplier collaboration.
