I’m a Release Train Engineer who turns high-level strategy into predictable, reliable execution by standardizing the “mess,” clearing blockers, and using data to show where we can improve. Over 10 years, I’ve evolved from managing team-level delivery to architecting organization-wide Agile frameworks that teams can actually run.

At Airbus Cybersecurity, I’ve been the central Agile authority for four cross-functional Cybersecurity teams across three countries, owning end-to-end Agile governance and delivery excellence. I led a total re-architecture of PI Planning—eliminating redundant overhead and compressing a 3-day event into a single high-impact day (66% efficiency gain) while raising stakeholder alignment.

I partner with leadership to realign Epics and Capabilities, accelerating roadmap execution and achieving an 86% success rate (478 of 557 objectives delivered). I’ve also helped decompose strategy into 11,261 actionable user stories and maintain high-predictability delivery across the ART through normalized capacity planning and velocity across 89 iterations.

Previously, as a Scrum Master at Amaris (Airbus Cybersecurity), I directed delivery pipelines for multiple high-impact functions and orchestrated core Agile ceremonies and iteration lifecycles for four teams. I ran operational release governance—including overseeing 1,202 production deployments and resolving 1,155 technical defects—alongside vendor and stakeholder management, continuous risk mitigation, and a “zero-incident deployment culture.”
