I seek senior roles leading child protection and humanitarian preparedness where I can shape integrated, rights-based programming, mentor teams, influence policy, and design large-scale, donor-funded responses with strong MEAL and cross-sector impact.

I am an accomplished humanitarian and development leader with over 20 years' experience across Asia-Pacific in emergency, conflict, refugee and displacement contexts, providing strategic technical leadership in child protection, gender equality and integrated cross-sector programming. I have led regional emergency preparedness, anticipatory action and large portfolios, contributing to global guidance, co-developing child protection-climate programmatic offers and designing 42 initiatives worth USD 125 million in 2023–2024.

I excel at forging partnerships with governments, NGOs and multilateral agencies, mentoring future humanitarian leaders and advancing policy change at regional and global levels.
