I’m looking for an IT support role where I can deliver fast, SLA-focused help desk support, strengthen troubleshooting and documentation, and grow with a collaborative team while supporting users in virtual desktop environments.

I’m a technical support professional focused on helping users get back online quickly through strong troubleshooting, documentation, and clear customer communication. I bring hands-on experience supporting users accessing systems via Citrix Workspace and resolving technical issues with accuracy.

At VXI GLOBAL (SM CLARK TECH HUB), I provided Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for virtual desktop environments. I managed incidents through a ticketing system while maintaining SLA compliance and accurate documentation, and I achieved 3 of 4 key performance metrics for four consecutive months. I also delivered PAL support for new hires, guiding them through workflows, support tools, and troubleshooting procedures during onboarding.

Previously at MG Grand Hotel | Dewey Avenue SBMA, I supported hotel staff by troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues.
