What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a solutions-engineering role where I own customer outcomes and ship production AI + integrations. I want a team that values verification, crisp communication, and building systems that improve discovery, onboarding, and renewals.

I’m a customer-facing technologist with five years of quota-carrying sales, technical support, and retention experience, and I now build the software behind the customer loop myself. I translate business needs into production-ready systems—and I communicate clearly with both executives and engineers in EN/ES.

As Founder of International ISA, I designed, built, and deployed an end-to-end platform solo, including a production Flask/PostgreSQL stack and an authenticated CRM. I engineered two production Claude API agents with tool calling: one that researches, verifies, and writes leads into the database with duplicate protection, and another that automates research and Excel deliverables.

I run the full customer loop daily: discovery calls, demos, solution design, onboarding, and support. I’ve built repeatable processes for requirements gathering, POC scoping, proposal & pricing design, objection handling, escalation, and crisis management—while staying hands-on with implementation details.

Before founding, I owned technical account lifecycles for B2B clients and consistently drove renewals (kept 8–9 of every 10 clients renewing) through proactive multi-channel support. In parallel, I delivered top-tier technical support performance—leading with customer need, never closing until issues were resolved, and supporting Spanish-speaking callers while staying technically fluent.
