At Thermatool, I design complex 3D models, large-scale assemblies, structural weldments, and sheet metal enclosures for industrial capital equipment in SolidWorks. I produce detailed manufacturing drawings with dimensioning, tolerances, and structural specifications ready for machine-shop handoff.
I also develop routing and part layouts for heavy industrial systems, including pneumatic and hydraulic lines, water-cooling manifolds, and electrical enclosures.
Before moving into mechanical design, I spent nearly seven years in precision optical manufacturing at ASML and CNC machining at McMellon Brothers. That shop-floor experience helps me create practical, manufacturable designs from day one.
