Dasun Sadeepa

I’m an AI and Data Science undergraduate at Robert Gordon University (RGU) in the UK, collaborating with IIT Sri Lanka, expected to graduate in 2027. I focus on building production-minded ML and LLM solutions—especially systems that can run end-to-end in real workflows.

As an AI Engineer Intern at DeepL Blockchain Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, I engineered AI agent systems and knowledge-based solutions using Python, REST APIs, and LLMs to automate internal document and workflow processes. I also deployed and configured two AI-enabled applications on AWS virtual machines, and maintained a REST API workflow connecting a Next.js frontend to AI/ML backend services.

I’ve shipped 5+ end-to-end AI/ML projects, including a multi-agent meeting automation system and an LSTM-based air quality forecaster. One project integrated LLM-driven meeting note capture, action-item extraction, and task tracking with a Next.js interface deployed on AWS, while another built an edge AI pipeline using Raspberry Pi and IoT sensors to forecast air quality 25 minutes ahead and deliver live predictions via a React Native app.

I enjoy turning models into usable products—connecting automation, APIs, and user-facing experiences. I’m currently looking for a Junior AI Engineer or Data Scientist role where I can apply my LLM and forecasting skills and keep shipping practical solutions.
