I’m looking for a Business Analyst role in FMCG/retail where I can build KPI dashboards, run customer journey and funnel analysis, and turn CRM and product analytics into recommendations for marketing and commercial teams—measurable, fast, and collaborative.

I’m a Business Analyst focused on FMCG and retail cases, where I turn customer and market data into practical recommendations for product, marketing, and commercial teams. I’m especially strong at decomposing business problems, structuring requirements, and translating analysis into clear next actions.

In recent work, I analyzed retail and FMCG business cases across customer funnels, conversion, average order value, and repeat purchases. I support go-to-market logic by mapping customer journeys, assessing purchasing barriers and choice drivers, and estimating business effect with KPI logic.

I also help teams make portfolio and partnership decisions. I’ve analyzed brand-extension directions using global benchmarks and category-brand complementarity, and I’ve built factor-based category assessment models using TAM, CAGR, search interest, reviews, ratings, and basket complementarity to shortlist licensing, partnerships, collaborations, and pilots.

Collaboration is central to how I work—I coordinate partnerships, run research and analytical workstreams with tight deadlines, and communicate insights through dashboards and stakeholder-ready deliverables. I’m motivated by work that combines CRM scenarios, customer experience, loyalty thinking, and measurable commercial impact.
