I’m a Business Analyst with an entrepreneurial mindset and 9+ years of hands-on experience across FP&A, strategic investment initiatives, project management, and MIS. My primary expertise is solving complex business problems with technology, data, and process—turning large datasets into decisions leaders can act on.

In my current role as a Global FP&A Specialist, I develop and maintain robust, driver-based financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. I lead board-deck and senior leadership presentations, run cohort and client-level analysis (including concentration risk and revenue contribution), and use Salesforce data to evaluate pipeline health and improve forecasting accuracy.

I also deliver deep financial and operational performance analysis across cash flow, sales, and key KPIs using Power BI, and I integrate AI-driven analysis into monthly reviews to streamline variance analysis and speed up insight generation. I own monthly financial reporting and global forecast consolidation, including FTE tracking and cost center management, and I streamline timelines and accuracy through automation with Datarails and automated KPI dashboards.

Previously, as a Senior Manager–Business Analyst (Contract) at ShareLook, I spearheaded financial modeling, scenario analysis, and SaaS forecasting to support fundraising and investor engagement. Earlier at Khalti (multiple Business Analyst roles), I used SQL and advanced spreadsheet modeling for cohort/funnel analysis, built dashboards that drove measurable performance improvements, and supported investor due diligence—including International Finance Corporation and British International Investment—contributing to $3M funding.
