Directed manufacturing operations for medical, laboratory, scientific, and air scrubber systems, managing 54 employees. Oversaw departmental budgets, P/L, and significantly increased production output across product lines. Managed training, work orders, bonus metrics, documentation, and interfaced with sales, engineering, planning, and purchasing.

Managed the manufacturing of sunroom windows, overseeing raw material inventory and production processes. Ensured production staff followed policies and manufactured windows to specifications. Managed two production lines with a high output per shift.

Managed all manufacturing departments, overseeing 6 supervisors and 100-130 union employees across various processes. Responsible for departmental budgets and ensuring compliance with SOPs, GMPs, SOW, MSDS, OSHA, and ISO 9001 requirements. Skilled in scheduling and maintaining multiple product lines.

Supervised production, electro/mechanical assembly, and calibration of mammography x-ray systems. Managed 31 employees (26 production, 5 test technicians). Ensured all relevant documentation, including test procedures, software, and training certifications, was current and accurate.

Provided technical support for domestic and overseas repair facilities, focusing on avionic test systems (ATE).
