I am a seasoned production supervisor with extensive experience in managing diverse teams and optimizing manufacturing processes. Over the years, I have honed my skills in overseeing production lines, ensuring quality control, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. My managerial experience spans various sectors, including medical devices and manufacturing, where I have successfully led teams to achieve significant production increases while maintaining high-quality standards.

At Air Techniques, I currently manage a team of 30 union employees and 7 non-union staff, overseeing multiple production lines and ensuring efficient operations. My previous roles as Production Manager at Avery Biomedical and Director of Quality Assurance at Misonix have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of production processes, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. I am dedicated to fostering a collaborative work environment and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
