What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my payment investigations, settlement reconciliation, SWIFT, ISO 20022, risk escalation, and process-improvement experience in a high-volume financial-services environment.

I've spent more than two decades at Royal Bank of Canada resolving complex SWIFT wire payment exceptions, settlement discrepancies, and cross-border payment investigations. I trace end-to-end transaction flows, coordinate with correspondent banks, Treasury, Fraud, Compliance, and IT, and maintain accurate, well-documented resolutions.

I led UAT for RBC's first straight-through-processing initiative, helping deliver defect-free automation for 30% of return-of-funds investigations. I also contributed to the SWIFT GPI rollout and ISO 20022 migration through functional testing, MX message-format training, and coordination across operational and technology teams.

I'm driven by finding root causes and improving high-volume payment operations. At RBC, I reduced caseload by 15%, improved team accuracy by 10% and throughput by 20% through coaching, and designed a SharePoint portal with KPI dashboards, queue management, and secure documentation.
