At Guala Closures Technology Ukraine, I provide end-to-end legal support for an international industrial business, from management decisions and internal processes to complex, non-standard legal matters.

I manage the full contract workflow, drafting, reviewing, revising, and supporting negotiations for Ukrainian- and English-language agreements. I translate contractual rights, liabilities, regulatory requirements, and commercial risks into practical mitigation recommendations.

My work also covers counterparty due diligence, compliance and sanctions assessments, legal correspondence, and monitoring Ukrainian and relevant international/EU regulatory developments. I previously applied Ukrainian legislation and verified legally significant documents at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

I use generative AI responsibly to strengthen legal research, contract analysis, document review, and regulatory monitoring, while independently validating conclusions and protecting confidentiality. Alongside practice, I am pursuing PhD studies in law and contribute to academic and legal publications.
