What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply my legal expertise to drive business outcomes—owning contractual and corporate work, handling disputes and debt collection, and supporting compliance through inspections and audits.

I help companies achieve their goals by applying my own professional legal skills across contracting, dispute resolution, and corporate legal support. Since 2020, I’ve worked as Legal Counsel for SDGS TRADING LLC, handling end-to-end legal coverage for production and export of agricultural products.

My work spans contractual matters (delivery, lease, credit, pledge, guarantee, storage, and international contracts), claim-and-lawsuit representation of interests in court (including debt collection), and corporate support such as changes of director/participants, NACE updates, and statuary document registrations in new editions. I also support foreign economic activity (export) and advise on labor relations, civil, economic, and land law.

Earlier, as Legal Counsel (Single) at LLC HUMMER MARKET and as a Lawyer/Leading legal counsel at AGROholding AGRAIN and JSC UKRSIBBANK, I built deep experience drafting and analyzing contracts, preparing legal opinions across civil/labor/corporate/tax/criminal law, and managing litigation strategy. I’ve led legal teams (9 and 12 people), supported regulatory inspections, worked with banks and financial companies, handled executive proceedings, and supported enterprise bankruptcy procedures—always with a focus on responsibility and real results.
