In my current Junior Legal Officer role, I conduct legal research and regulatory analysis for international FinTech, crypto-asset and licensing projects. I also help prepare CASP authorisation policies and AML documentation.
I draft terms of service, privacy policies and other legal documents for online businesses, as well as cross-border commercial contracts.
At Dehtiarenko & Partners Attorneys Association, I assisted with LLC, NGO and charitable foundation registrations and prepared corporate governance documents. I also drafted and reviewed commercial agreements and supported negotiations.
At Pravova Pozytsiia LLC and Aktum Attorneys Association, I assisted counsel with military, family and administrative matters, preparing appeals and other procedural documents. My work has also included trade mark registration and legal research.
