What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a patient-focused care role where I can provide compassionate in-home support, maintain accurate records, follow safety and HIPAA standards, and contribute to patients' comfort and well-being.

At All VIP Care, Inc., I provide direct in-home patient care, supporting bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, medication administration, and vital-sign assessments.

I document care in EMR/EHR systems, follow HIPAA and infection-control protocols, and monitor patients closely so changes or concerns are reported promptly. I support specialized needs including Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, hospice support, catheter care, Hoyer lift transfers, and companionship.

Previously, at AT&T, I handled inbound customer inquiries from a home office, resolved complaints, processed transactions, and maintained brand satisfaction across voice and digital channels.

I bring CPR, BLS, First Aid, CNA, Home Health Aide, and medication-aide credentials along with experience in customer service, medical records, and patient safety.
