I'm available full-time or fractionally for turnaround, strategic planning, operations, recruitment, and P&L leadership work across remote or multi-site businesses.

I led Virtual Worker Now’s end-to-end turnaround as SVP, taking full P&L ownership and moving the remote BPO to profitability within 3–4 months. I cleared legacy debt within eight months, rebuilt recruitment and finance, built BI and QA/QC functions, and supported more than 200 employees across distributed teams.

Earlier, at Zenabis Global, I planned cultivation across Canadian sites and helped cut cost per gram from $1.40 to $0.63 while output grew. Through Sleepless Brains, I continue to advise on recruitment, restructuring, planning, operations, and bilingual English/French editorial work.
