At Anumana, I lead clinical study portfolio planning and governance, improving time to regulatory submission. I align Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, and Clinical teams around deliverables and dependencies, while keeping external suppliers accountable for timelines and quality.
At nference, I established and led a centralized Program Management Office supporting nference and two portfolio companies. I introduced governance, portfolio reporting, forecasting, resource planning, and margin reporting, and standardized delivery processes that reduced solution deployment times by 50%.
At Xperi / TiVo / Rovi, I led Customer Solutions program management for IPTV deployments to top-tier cable providers in North America and EMEA, as well as simultaneous deployments to Tier-1 providers in LATAM. I also improved customer processes and executive reporting, reducing redundant status meetings and escalations.
Earlier, at Hewlett-Packard, I delivered four Android tablet programs from inception to launch and directed their commercialization. My experience also includes smartphone software delivery at Motorola Mobility, hardware integration at Panasonic Cloud Entertainment, and progressive leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard.
