What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote or hybrid support role where I can troubleshoot technical issues, communicate clearly with users, organise digital work independently, and contribute to a collaborative team.

I've managed digital content workflows and online communities of more than 3,000 combined subscribers as a self-employed Digital Content Creator and Community Manager. I keep production moving independently, respond to user queries, and maintain an engaging environment.
