Driving the design and delivery of a white-label website product for independent UK car dealers. Using AI throughout delivery to compress timelines and owning design decisions end to end in short release cycles.

Contracted to improve the experience of civil servants and jobseekers across the country. Modernised legacy systems and automated manual processes, and designed services used at national scale within strict accessibility standards.

Worked on an autonomous product team consolidating three platforms into a single white-label experience. Led a design system and experimentation initiative to align cross-team collaboration and unify fragmented product experiences.

Focused on improving the core customer journey for the Product Page team. Delivered major company-wide projects and experiments that added tens of millions of pounds in revenue, and led UX initiatives across upskilling, design system enhancements, and site-wide accessibility improvements.

Contracted at a London-based insurtech, partnering directly with the Head of UX. Improved and expanded a SaaS product in a regulated financial services environment, and took ownership of the design system as the product evolved.

Joined an autonomous team to build a React Native app used by thousands of passengers daily. Designed flight information, tracking, and notification experiences, and contributed to the private terminal project and related services.

Progressed from UX Designer to Lead UX over three years at AO. Released customer-facing apps and web projects (including a redesigned checkout and new product range launches), helped create a design system used across the business, and mentored and onboarded new UX colleagues.

Bachelor’s studies in Game Design, Design & Marketing, and Computer Engineering at ESACT in Portugal from 2012 to 2015.
