What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design and evolve scalable cloud and software architectures, translating complex requirements into secure, integrated solutions while collaborating with technical leaders, stakeholders, and delivery teams.

I've designed and delivered cloud and software architecture for critical public-sector platforms, including digital voting at ONPE, parliamentary session management at Congreso de la República, and electronic judicial case systems for the Poder Judicial.

At ONPE, I designed voter pre-registration and elector registration capabilities, migrated services to AWS SDK v2.0, and validated a hybrid electoral-roll architecture using Amazon DynamoDB single-table design across on-premise and AWS environments.

My work spans solution architecture, full-stack development, microservices, API integration, data modeling, and DevOps. I build with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, Python, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and event-driven technologies including Kafka and RabbitMQ.

Over more than 10 years, I've translated functional and non-functional requirements into scalable technical proposals, architecture documents, components, APIs, and production-ready solutions. I'm an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate and collaborate closely with technical leaders, stakeholders, and delivery teams.

Participated in initial analysis and technical definition for the Diario de Debates system. Designed and developed frontend and backend components for managing parliamentary sessions, and modeled the project database.
