At Cloudpacer, I was the sole product designer on NebloAI, an AI dispatch co-pilot for US trucking companies, taking it from its first release through v3 as the product grew to about $30K MRR. I grounded the first release in interviews at five US freight brokerages, then redesigned the AI inbox around how dispatchers work, with drafted replies, thread summaries, and safeguards for automated emails.
I'm currently designing a clinical web platform for a confidential US healthcare provider, including its component library, documentation, and governance. My work has also included a design system for NebloAI, a visual system for an enterprise white-label AI mortgage assistant, and a redesign of Moodme that increased onboarding completion by 20%.
