I’m a Product Designer with 6 years of experience architecting high-complexity enterprise platforms, B2B SaaS ecosystems, and AI-driven workflows. I’m known for translating dense technical systems into intuitive, user-centered interfaces and strengthening information architecture and scalable design systems.

At Melior ITS, I architected the end-to-end UX and UI for VDK360, translating complex Microsoft Azure workflows into a centralized hub for IAM, tenant control, and centralized ticketing—boosting internal adoption and reducing access management support requests. I also led a cross-functional team to build a theme-based design system by defining base design tokens in Figma and exporting them via JSON to sync directly with engineering codebases.

I accelerate validation with Claude AI and Pencil.dev, turning conceptual workflows into interactive, high-fidelity prototypes and production-ready front-end components (Tailwind, ShadCN). I’ve also directed end-to-end UX for VDK X-Sell (tracking impact with Microsoft Clarity) and designed conversational interfaces for complex LLM workflows (MonteurAI & GlobalTalk) using contextual error-handling, inline source verification, and seamless human escalation.
