What I'm looking for

I seek a senior L&D or talent development role leading quality systems and inclusive learning programs, with cross-functional impact, measurable outcomes, team growth, and openness to remote work or relocation.

I am a learning and development leader with 10+ years designing and delivering training for educators, managers, and cross-functional teams. I focus on instructional design, organizational development, and embedding equity and belonging into every learning touchpoint.

At CECyTEQ I led the design and implementation of an institutional Quality Management System impacting over 500 staff members and 10,000 students. I design and deliver leadership, onboarding, coaching, and competency-based assessment programs and measure impact through KPIs and participant feedback.

I adapt content and facilitation for face-to-face, remote, and hybrid formats using Moodle, Google Classroom, Canvas, and Zoom. Bilingual in Spanish and English, I hold certifications in instructional design and competency-based evaluation, and I am pursuing a PhD in Direction and Leadership of Educational Institutions.
