Contributed to the development of coolMPAT, an aviation-native training management platform for regulated airline environments. Built regulatory logic, qualification tracking, training lifecycle workflows, and audit traceability aligned to client implementation needs.

Acted as de facto product owner for crew, FTL, and training compliance capabilities within a business aviation SaaS used by operators globally. Defined FTL engine logic, designed recency and qualification workflows, and led boundary-case UAT to improve regulatory reliability.

Operational owner of AIMS crew management systems, accountable for compliance, testing, and crew system logic. Translated EASA Subpart FTL and UK CAA requirements into system configuration and validated outputs during upgrades, enhancements, and regulatory audits.

Delivered customer implementations of AIMS training and crew management modules and supported end-to-end validation of training and qualification workflows. Captured structured customer feedback and translated operational requirements into prioritized system improvement proposals.

Managed end-to-end pilot and cabin crew training planning using AIMS across a fleet of 150+ aircraft. Ensured training compliance, recency tracking, and qualification dependencies were correctly applied in operational rosters and supported internal audits.

Led crew scheduling operations and supervised day-to-day planning activities for a regional airline. Ensured compliance with Romanian CAA and EASA flight time and duty regulations, optimized seasonal planning, and improved scheduling efficiency and audit readiness.
