What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can deliver complex transformation projects in regulated environments—using Agile/Waterfall, strong PMO governance, and risk-focused execution—while aligning roadmaps to long-term business goals and improving delivery outcomes.

I’m an experienced, results-oriented Project Manager with 15 years of success delivering complex IT, commercial, transformation, and airport operations initiatives within highly regulated environments. I lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget, up to £2m.

I’m expert in Agile and Waterfall methodologies (including SAFe), and I focus on cloud security governance, operational transformation, and strong PMO leadership. I strengthen delivery through structured recovery plans, risk and issue management, and continuous improvement.

In my most recent role, I supervise cloud security review projects using Agile/Scrum, create roadmaps and work breakdown structures, and use Jira (Kanban) to monitor progress and delivery blockers. Previously at British Airways, I delivered commercial and operational transformation projects, owned budgets (£50k–£2m), and acted as a PMO advisor across governance and reporting.
