I'm looking to lead enterprise IAM strategy, modernization, and Zero Trust-aligned controls while strengthening risk management, operational resilience, and secure cloud and AI adoption.

At U.S. Bank, I lead identity and access management for 80K+ users, 4K+ production applications, and global supporting infrastructure.

I manage 230+ personnel and a $40MM+ annual budget while modernizing authentication and granular access management. I align IAM strategy with enterprise priorities, cloud adoption, AI development, risk mitigation, resilience, and user experience.

I’ve built customer authentication standards, led multi-factor authentication implementation, and established an IAM Integration team that accelerated access onboarding and federated access. Earlier, I increased policy-required integrations from 74% to 100% within one year through automation workflows and stronger controls.
