I want a challenging role in a dynamic organization where I can contribute to HR functions, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a positive work environment. I’m eager to keep learning, develop professionally, and support organizational success.

I am a dedicated Human Resource Management professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and practical experience in HR administration. I develop and implement HR policies, manage employee records, and facilitate onboarding and training programs, while also ensuring compliance with safety standards through risk mitigation strategies. I’m recognized for strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach, and I stay committed to continuous learning and professional development.

In my current role, I provide guidance and advice on Human Resource Management matters, coordinate and supervise clerical work, and help coordinate HR activities such as appointments, promotions, complement control, and staff development within existing HR policies and regulations. Previously, as an HR Assistant (Intern), I maintained personal employee files, supported recruitment processes (job posting, screening, and interviewing), facilitated onboarding and orientation, prepared staff leaves, and supported payroll-related tasks such as calculating salaries arrears—always maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. I also volunteer as a Mentor through the Equity Leaders Program, supporting scholars through academic, personal, and social challenges and helping build resilience and leadership skills.
